If you use a Second Number or VIP Number, we may collect:
- Assigned number metadata
- Country and number type
- Service status (active, expired, suspended)
- Usage counters (calls/messages counts – not content)
We do not monitor or control third-party platforms (such as WhatsApp) associated with these numbers.
2. How We Use Your Information

3. Second Numbers – User Responsibility
By using a Second Number or VIP Number, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are fully responsible for how the number is used.

Abuse & Enforcement: Meno Ma3ay reserves the right to suspend or terminate any number or account used in violation of these requirements, where permitted by law and without refund, to protect users and the public.
4. WhatsApp & Third-Party Platforms
If you choose to use a Second Number with WhatsApp or any third-party service:
- Those services are governed solely by their own terms and policies.
- Meno Ma3ay is not affiliated with Meta or WhatsApp.
- We do not guarantee account approval, longevity, or availability.
If a WhatsApp account is blocked, restricted, or banned:
- Responsibility lies entirely with the user.
- Meno Ma3ay bears no liability for such actions by third parties.
- No refunds or replacements are guaranteed due to third-party enforcement.

- Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy.
- You may request deletion of your account and associated data.
